Join us for Central PA’s first Mindful Triathlon at Tussey Mountain on May 21, 2022.

What is a Mindful Triathlon?

We’ll start with a FUN 5K your way: run, walk, or even cut it short to a mile and a half loop. There are no winners or losers. Following the 5K we’ll gather for 45 minutes of yoga near the pond. Whether you have never done a downward facing dog or you’ve mastered handstands, this practice is for anyone and everyone. Lastly, we’ll finish with 15 minutes of guided meditation that will clear your mind and relax your body.

Please join us as we come together for this fun filled and challenging experience for your mind, body and spirit. The Mindful Triathlon is a family friendly event for all ages and all experience levels, focused on wellness and community.

After the triathlon, you are invited to stay, grab your lunch from one of the food trucks and chat with your friends.

Format:

10am: 5K (or 1.5 mile loop) run/walk
10:45am: 45 min yoga
11:30am: 15 min meditation
12pm: food trucks

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or towel
Water bottle
Running or walking shoes
Bug spray

We will have a raffle prize giveaway at 12pm of sponsor items

Online Ticket sales end May 17th, 2022 at 11pm. Any remaining registrations will be allowed on Day of Signups at the event beginning at 9am on Saturday May 21st.

T-shirt guaranteed if registered by April 25th

The Mindful Triathlon will take place rain or shine! This event will NOT be officially timed. There is no early packet pickup. Goody bag of sponsor items, T-shirt will be available starting at 9am on May 21st.
