Intramural Program at Tussey Mountain: Skiing and Snowboarding for 3rd Grade and Up!

Age: 3rd Grade and above | Skill Level: All Levels

The after-school IM program is a community favorite available to children in 3rd grade and older (as well as their families). This fun 5-week program offers skiing or snowboarding to local students at a discounted rate.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the Program begins on the snow trips, registration for it closes. 

For more information contact your school’s Ski Club or the Tussey ticket office. Have your child check with your school to see if there is participation this year. The school’s ski advisor may be able to answer your questions.

READ BEFORE REGISTERING:  You will need to create an account to purchase items from our online store, including for programs and lessons. Create this account for the parent/guardian as you will need to be age 18+ to purchase. Once you have your item(s) in your cart, it will ask you to assign them to a guest. It is at this point that you will create an account for your child(ren) and connect their items to their name.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR INTRAMURAL PROGRAM

1. Go to https://estore.tusseymountain.com/programs
2. Click Log in or Sign Up in the top right corner
   1. Sign in under YOUR account as parent/guardian or create yourself an account. (The system will not let anyone under the age of 18 purchase the IM Program) 
3. Go back to https://estore.tusseymountain.com/programs
4. Select the 24/25 IM Program option
   1. If your child HAS A SEASON PASS: Select the “Season Pass Holder” 
   2. If your child DOES NOT HAVE A SEASON PASS: select the “Lifts” option corresponding to the day of the week you will be attending.   
   3. If your child will need to rent equipment: select a package that includes rentals
   4. If your child will be taking lessons: select a package option that includes rentals  
   5. If your child has to attend a different day of the week other than when their club comes, select the correct date for your child
   6. Select the number of IM Programs you will be purchasing (1 for each child).
5. Select “Add to Cart”
   1. Confirm everything looks correct on your order.
6. Select “Check Out”
7. Assign the IM Program to a guest (your child) and make sure the listed info is correct. 
   1. If your child has an account but isn’t linked to your account, call us to have your accounts linked. 
   2. If you have your child’s RFID card, select “Can’t Find the Guest You’re Looking For” and enter the customer code seen on the front of the card.
   3. If your child doesn’t have an account, select “Create New Guest” and fill out the required information.
8. Fill out the required information about your child’s ability level, discipline, and school.
9. Continue through the 6 step checkout process.
   1. Make sure to read the final page carefully and check that everything is correct. 
10. IM rosters are updated by Tussey and sent to the schools every Monday. Check with your school’s advisor that your child is registered and on their roster.

MEAL CARDS

Each participant in the IM Program will receive a blank Meal Card that will have a $0.00 balance. MEAL CARDS ARE ENTIRELY OPTIONAL – It is up to you if you would like to use the meal card by adding money to it – the Cafeteria also accepts CASH and CREDIT CARDS.

Last season’s meal cards are still valid, however additional funds will not be able to be added moving forward.
