Following Paul’s training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, he went on to train in the kitchens of some of the most admired chefs of today. His ambitious nature inspired Paul, as a very young chef, to take the risk of opening five multi-faceted restaurant and bar concepts as an owner-operator. As someone always looking for a challenge, Paul also jumped in with love as if it were his own reinvigorating an extraordinary fine dining destination experience, Grace at Carnegie House, as Executive Chef. At Carnegie House, Paul led the property to accolades and awards with attention to every detail leading the front and back of house team to deliver outstanding five-star guest experiences. Chef Paul shares his talent as a private guest chef nationwide via his culinary company focused on a discerning and sophisticated clientele of foodies near and far.
